A man having trouble with a token machine buys a token off his friend, then is slapped in handcuffs by a Marta cop.

I think the law was passed to prevent bums from finding Marta tokens and selling them to passengers to go buy drugs or booze or whatever they buy. I did the same thing the guy above did. Some bum offered me a token for the $1.75 I was gonna feed into the token machine. There was a Marta goon standing around who started yelling at us. In my case the goon started harassing the bum, and I just kept on walking. Good thing too since I was dressed in a suit and heading to the airport for an LNC meeting at the time. I’d have been really pissed if I missed my flight because if that.

This is yet another example of how the citizens of Atlanta have proven themselves unable to govern themselves.

This is good news for Atlanta and along with the new aquarium should bring in a lot of tourists.

I think its pretty cool that the High in Atlanta was chosen over New York, LA or Chicago. Now there are two reasons for me to go downtown (Three if you count my job).
